Return Policy & Instructions
We feel it is important for you to be able to purchase with confidence knowing that if the product turns out to be something other than what you expected, you can return it for a refund. We feel it is also important to have very clear, well defined return policies so you know what to expect when your product is returned, and to ensure that your return is processed efficiently and accurately when it arrives back at our warehouse. Accordingly, all returns are strictly governed by the following policies. While exceptions may be made by management where extenuating circumstances exist, please note that because our return policies are already generally very liberal, exceptions are not often granted. Please call us before ordering if you have any questions regarding our return policy. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow 7-10 days for refund processing after arrival of the goods at the warehouse.
Please note that all returns must be authorized in advance by our staff. Returns that do not bear a valid return authorization (RA) number may be refused by our receiving department, or subject to an additional processing fee. To obtain a return authorization number, please call us at (250) 374-2690 during regular business hours.
Return procedure for products that have NOT been installed or used:
Products will be accepted for return up to 60 days after the date of original order as outlined below.
1. If returned within 30 days of original purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund less original shipping charges as per our above-noted satisfaction guarantee.
2. If returned more than 30 days after original purchase, but not more than 60 days after original purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund less a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
3. We are unable to accept returns older than 60 days from the original order date.

If your unit has already been installed:
We would be pleased to assist you in getting your unit operating to your absolute satisfaction. Please call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 for technical assistance. Most operating problems are easily solved with some basic troubleshooting. If we are working with you to solve a technical problem with your humidifier, your customer satisfaction guarantee is automatically extended by an additional 30 days!
1. If we are unable to resolve your technical problem, and you are within 30 days of your original order, you may return your humidifier for a full refund less original shipping charges as per our above-noted customer satisfaction policy. All parts must be returned and should be cleaned and reasonable care shall be taken to ensure minimal wear and tear to the product. Such returned products are NOT resold to the public, but are generally donated to charities and other not-for-profit groups requiring humidification of their premises, so they need to be clean and in good working order.
2. Returns of INSTALLED and USED products after 30 days from the original order date are not accepted unless your satisfaction guarantee period has been extended as per the above.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We recommend that all packages shipped to us be insured. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged while in shipment while being returned to us for any reason. All returns must be received at our warehouse no more than 30 days from the date the return authorization was issued. Packages arriving more than 30 days after the date of issuance of the return authorization number may be subject to an additional restocking fee of 20% or refused.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS FROM U.S.A.
All shipments to our warehouse at the above address from the U.S.A. MUST be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We reserve the right to refuse shipments sent by other carriers as acceptance of such packages often results in unexpected brokerage and import fees. If you use a carrier other than the U.S. Postal Service, we reserve the right to deducted any import fees charged to us including brokerage clearance, duties, and taxes. This may also delay the processing of you refund by up to 30 days. No exceptions will be granted.
