IRBuilder™ Contact Management SolutionsIRBuilder™ is a suite of web-based contact management and news dissemination tools for investor relations professionals and small public companies. IRBuilder™ was designed specifically to assist investor relations professionals in managing their contact lists and in disseminating press releases, newsletters, scheduled updates, and other information via email to shareholders, analysts, the media, and other interested parties. We all know how busy the life of an IR professional can be. IRBuilder™ allows you to focus on the creation of exposure for your client firm(s) and on the building of personal relationships with key investors as opposed to the menial administrative tasks of list management and email dissemination. IRBuilder™ is entirely web-based (password-protected), allowing you to access all desired information through any Internet connection while you are on the road, at home, or at the office. Best of all, you do not require any special computer knowledge to use the system. If you are comfortable surfing the Internet, you can easily use IRBuilder™. IRBuilder™ consists of two primary modules: IRBuilder™ Contact List Management Module This module allows you or any authorized staff member or client to maintain contact databases on a password-protected, secure server for access via the Internet from home, the office, or on the road. The list manager allows you to maintain all pertinent data regarding your contacts - including: name, address, phone, alternate phone (cell), fax, and email. You can also store a wide range of custom data specific to your own needs such as the number of shares owned, contact history notes, how the contact heard about your company, how long that contact has been a company stakeholder, specific interests or investment preferences, etc.
IRBuilder™ Email Dissemination Module The email dissemination module is based on MediaWave's widely used and successful WebEnergy™ Newsletter Dissemination System. It enables rapid news release, newsletter, or corporate update dissemination to individuals in your contact database.
IRBuilder™ is available on a license basis only (one-time license fee). Two options are available. Single License Allows you to use the above modules for a single company (client) at a time. This option is ideal for small public companies or investor relations professional focusing on one client at a time. Cost: CDN$1,695 + GST (includes set-up and training) Multiple License Allows you to use the above modules for multiple companies (clients) simultaneously. This option is designed specifically for investor relations firms with multiple clients at a given time. An extra level of categorization is available to assign investors to the contact lists of specific company clients for more convenient searching and news / email dissemination.
