Return Policy

Due to the nature of water treatment media, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Accordingly, it is very important for you to ensure, prior to purchasing, the suitability of the selected product(s) and quantities of products for your application. Our Certified Water Technicians and other water treatment professionals are available to assist you in confirming the suitability of products prior to purchase.

Most bulk purchases are considered special orders due to their volume and the unique shipping arrangements that need to be made to facilitate them. For most orders, we require a deposit or even full payment at the time the purchase order is placed. This is particularly true for bulk orders as this is a requirement of many of the media manufacturer's to secure special bulk pricing and to secure allocated production of your batch. Once submitted, in most cases, these orders cannot be cancelled. Small orders can generally be cancelled prior to shipment. Please refer to the terms in our quotation and/or proforma invoice which will indicate the policy applicable to your order.
