Shipping

You have a choice when you order from MediaWaveOnline to arrange your own shipping from our supply point to your project location, or we can make shipping arrangements for you with one of our many logistics partners. When you request a quote from us, you can indicate if you would like shipping included in your quote. You can always request a shipping quote later in your quote evaluation cycle as well.

When you receive our quote, carefully review the shipping terms noted. Our shipping terms in most cases will be Ex Works our warehouse or the manufacturer's factory or distribution center. In some cases, we will quote only the media price first to ensure that it meets your general expectations, and if it does, we will then proceed with obtaining shipping quotes for you. This is particularly true for bulk international shipments as obtaining shipping quotes is time consuming and we receive a large number of requests.

For small retail shipments, we recommend that you let us make the arrangements for you. For such shipments, we generally use UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canpar, Purolator, the U.S. Postal Service, and Canada Post.

Larger orders can be shipped by LTL and FTL truck transport, air, or ocean freight. You can request a freight service that meets your budget and delivery time needs. In the unlikely event that we are not able to provide a shipping quote for your project, we might be able to assist you in finding a logistics provider who can help you.

Regardless of the shipment size, if we arrange the shipping for you, we will charge you only the actual cost of the shipment.

If you ever have any questions about our shipping policies, please feel free to contact us by phone, toll free at 1-866-376-2690 or email us at info@mediawaveonline.com.
